Anditork Star, for safety ring cap

The Anditork Bottle or Jar Opening Tester is specially designed to measure opening torques for bottles and jars. It is equipped with a grip plate that holds products from 10mm to 200mm in diameteer. The rubber-coated gripping fingers are adjusted quickly using a travel knob. Torque readings can be made by tightening or loosening it, and the RS232 output can be used to save the data to a PC.
