Andilog presents its Springtest line for the control of tension,
compression and torsion springs. Whether you are a spring or valve
manufacturer or integrate them into your mechanical systems, it is
essential to control the stiffness of your springs to ensure
optimal force application or damping.
Springtest stands allow you to perform a one-step check,
see two points or get a complete visualization
of the spring stiffness.

The manual test stands Springtest 1 and T1 are equipped with a
digital ruler and a force gauge for checking the spring
force at a defined height.
With its crank handle, the Springtest 1 is well suited for small
capacity and small size springs. The Springtest T1 allows, thanks
to its lever, fast controls up to 2 kN.

The
Springtest 2 is the most accurate of all manual test stands: its
crank handle allows precise and smooth movement with an accuracy
of 5 micrometers. Its adjustable plate ensures the
parallelism of the compression plates for an even more accurate
measurement. For measurements up to 2 kN, this stand is also
available in T2 version, with its lever.
Delivered with its data acquisition and reporting software, the
Springtest 2 guarantees a high quality control and
traceability.

The
Springtest 3 is ideal for quick, automated and simplified
spring verification. The operator places his spring,
the Springtest 3 compresses it to a defined height and up to 3
automatic force calculations at the determined height are
displayed on the screen. The results can be exported to a USB
stick or stored in the Springtest 3's memory.
With the Califort control software, you can even program
test sequences typical of spring tests, such as preloads,
for example.
