The SPRINGTEST 3 model is our latest product development in our pre-configured package. The SPRINGTEST3 offers distinct advantage in its advanced features and complete all in one product. 

Designed to perform force testing on coil compression and tensile springs from 0 to 2000N, the model SPRINGTES3 is a versatile and smart systems designed specifically for testing in quality control, manufacturing, and R&D areas.



This model has several features:


  • Stiffness measurement in between two points
  • Force measurement at 1 or 2 displacement values
  • Displacement measurement at 1 or 2 force values
  • Load curve of springs
  • SPIP plug and play sensor technologies allowing to adapt several force load cells on the same model (capacity available to choose from 20 to 2000N, accuracy 0.1% FS)
  • Internal memory of 1000 values (or on a USB Datatstick II as an option)
  • Controls by Andilog’s Califort software, designed to manage and automate the entire spring testing process

The front panel includes the latest Touch series technologies and provides users with a fast, one-step, colors coded results display. 
Data is collected continuously offering real-time 2 measurements and graphs, or 3 measurements (example: force, displacement and stiffness or the force at a displacement value and two others measurements).

Easy to use customizable measurement screen allow displaying required test results.


Configuration du calcul de la raideurUsers configure measurements through simple and complete touch screens. The picture here shows an example of how to configure the measurement of the constant factor characteristic of the spring, its stiffness. 
Users specify the two values (spring height) in between which the force measurement has to be done.
The SPRINGTEST3 model automatically calculates the spring rate according to the measured force at the two defined values.


Mechanical features of the frame:

The SPRINGTEST3 model is available in two versions: 1000N or 2000N. The difference in between those two come from:

  • 1000N version has a travel distance of 200mm and a maximum height of 430mm
  • 2000N version has a travel distance of 300mm and a maximum height of 530mm
  • Both versions are equipped with the SPIP plug and play sensor technologies allowing to adapt several force load cells on the same model.


Self leveling platen:

Plateau ajustableThe SPRINGTEST3 model come with an 80mm diameter self leveling platen. Mounted on a swivel system, the platen allows a fine adjustment of the parallelism between the compression platen and its support, ensuring accurate measurements of the applied force on the spring axis.

The SPRINGTEST3 model includes:

  • Motorized test stand STENTORII
  • A force load cell with its SPIP technologies (capacity to choose between: 20 to 2000N)
  • A top compression platen, diameter 50mm
  • A self leveling platen, diameter 80mm
  • A certificate of calibration linked to COFRAC
