Orders

Orders can be sent by mail, phone or e-mail. They must include an order number, the exact reference of the product, its description, the name in clear of the signatory, his function, his phone number to allow possible requests for precision. If you confirm by mail a registered order, please note "CONFIRMATION OF ORDER". Orders to be delivered outside of France must be prepaid. An orader acknowledgement is sent by email only. The minimum order that we accept is 45 € HT.

Deliveries and shipping cost

Orders are subject to an order acknowledgement specifying the delivery time. A delay in delivery cannot justify a cancellation of the order or penalties. We do not make partial deliveries unless the customer specifies otherwise when ordering. A partial delivery will result in additional shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated on the quote or at the request of the customer, the incoterms used are EXW or DAP. The shipping costs are indicated on the price offer.

Payment

Payments shall be made exclusively by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer, under the conditions laid down and without discount. Orders are payable according to the conditions indicated in the price offer. The first order per site is always prepaid. Administrative mandates are accepted for public and para-public bodies subject to agreement. Late payment will result in automatic interest charges at the legal rate of 1% per month.

Prices, Discounts and Conditions, Returns

Prices are given in the form of written offers valid for 1 month unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the offer. We send an order acknowledgement of your orders within 24 hours, and the orders thus confirmed are delivered at the price indicated. Please check your parcels upon receipt, check the packaging, and make reservations immediately with the carrier if necessary. Any return of goods corresponding to a correctly delivered order is subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be requested within 2 days of receipt. The material in question must be standard and brand new in its original packaging, the shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. If the goods supplied are not suitable for the buyer, for non-conformity with the order, missing, or other, the complaint must reach us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and before the use of the equipment. Any complaint notified after these deadlines is without value. Returns must be made with the explicit agreement of Andilog.

Warranty

All instruments are guaranteed for 24 months from delivery, except for consequences due to normal wear and tear of parts, negligence, improper installation, or use. The warranty does not cover spare parts and parts considered as consumables in the profession such as batteries, fuses, etc... Use of an instrument outside its intended range invalidates the calibration warranty. Periodic calibration of an instrument is not included in the warranty. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. After 24 months Andilog can offer repair services which are subject to an estimate before work. Retention of Title Clause

Andilog is the owner of the goods until they are paid in full.

Recycling

The unique identifier FR014656_05NFJF attesting to the registration in the register of producers of the EEE sector, in application of article L.541-10-13 of the Environmental Code, has been attributed by ADEME to ANDILOG (SIRET 444 451 082 00036). This identifier attests to its compliance with its obligation to register with the register of producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and the completion of its declarations of marketing with Ecosystem.
