The TorkHeaDriver Motorized Torque Tester is a motorized dynamic torque meter for easy torque and angle measurements on complete systems. This torque meter is particularly well suited for measurements on rotary knobs, potentiometers, valves etc. installed on assemblies.
The small measuring head integrates the torque sensor and the motor with angle encoder. This measuring head can be easily moved in front of the sample to be tested. It is equipped with a 3/8'' female square at the output, allowing you to attach any type of standard or custom tooling: chuck, sleeve, pliers... It is therefore easy to carry out quality controls on finished or semi-finished products and not only during the input control of the components.
The TorkHeaDriver is directly controlled from a computer with the Califort software. You can create advanced test sequences, acquire data, save your setups and tests.
